The location is fantastic, just minutes from the airport. The staff was friendly and attentive, although the breakfast left much to be desired with limited options. The room was clean but showed signs of wear, making it a bit shabby for the price. Overall, a decent stay.

Breakfast offered a nice variety, and the beds were especially comfortable, making it a pleasant start to the day. However, I encountered a few significant issues, including a cold shower on the first day and ongoing drainage problems in the sink that went unresolved. The overall lack of maintenance and unimpressive service left much to be desired.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The large suite comfortably fit us, and we appreciated the kitchen amenities. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a variety of choices, especially the waffles! Pro tip, arrive early for breakfast to secure a table during busy hours.

Convenient and comfy
I stayed for one night and found it to be a chill spot. Super close to the airport, which was a lifesaver after a long trip. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was decent too, although the eggs were kinda rubbery. The AC was a bit loud, but overall, I had a nice stay.

Had a great time staying here with my friends! We explored Niagara Falls and checked out the local sports bar. The parking was convenient and the shuttle service made getting around easy. The hotel had a nice breakfast too, which was a huge plus for our group.
One downside was some lingering cleaning solution smells in our room, though it didn’t ruin our stay. Just something to be aware of for future guests.

I loved my stay, especially the comfy large bed and the mini fridge in my room—it made life easier! The pool was nice for a quick dip, and the hot tub looked inviting, even if it was closed during my visit. The only hiccup was the shower pressure. it could be stronger, but overall, I had a pleasant experience. 😊

missingWrote a review on Jun 14convenient locationdecent breakfastmusty odor
The location near the airport is super convenient, perfect for travelers needing quick access. Breakfast offered decent options like hot eggs and waffles, good enough for fueling up before a busy day.
The third-floor hallway had a persistent, musty odor, likely from the aging carpeting, which unfortunately lingered throughout my stay. In one of the rooms, we experienced a gas smell that forced us to switch, with extra waiting around to sort out new keys that felt a bit chaotic. The bathrooms could use some better maintenance. sliding doors not fully closing and water pooling onto the floor from ill-fitting shower doors were more annoying than expected. It’s clear more routine upkeep is needed to really enhance the overall experience.

I had a decent stay at Sleep Inn in Cheektowaga. The shuttle service to the airport ran quickly and was super convenient, really helped us out. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed that made it easy to get a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave for our snacks. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of hot and cold options. The eggs and waffles were nice, though the breakfast hours were a bit limited, ending too early for early risers. The heater in the room did smell when it first kicked on, which was a little off-putting, but the staff offered to move us, although we opted to stay put. Overall, a solid choice for airport proximity, but a few maintenance issues need attention.
